14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and returned in its original sealed packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by us.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, or you have provided proof that it has been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to make a deduction for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where permitted by law.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
As our products are produced on demand, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.
If production has not yet started, we will normally be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If production has already started, costs may already have been incurred. Where permitted by applicable consumer law, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs resulting from the cancellation.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.
We do not offer a separate free exchange service. If you wish to change size or choose another product, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal and place a new order.
Return shipping for ordinary returns, including returns due to an incorrectly selected size or a change of mind, is paid by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.
Do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect product before contacting us. We will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate solution.
