Our products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to production before being shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may sometimes be produced at different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Taxes & Duties
Depending on your delivery country and where your order is fulfilled, your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties or other import fees.
Where applicable, taxes or duties may be collected at checkout.
We only collect sales tax within EU.
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
